Terms of Service

We're finalizing DailyDeals' full Terms of Service and will publish them here before the app leaves beta.

In short: DailyDeals connects you with time-limited offers from local merchants. Deals are provided by those merchants and subject to their own availability; DailyDeals is the marketplace, not the merchant.
